Croatia Yachting hired us to repair, update, and prepare their Sealine boats website for migration. Specifically, the site targets investors interested in buying and owning Sealine boats. However, poor integration of different technologies had caused serious technical instability. As a result, their new IT agency couldn’t extract the necessary code assets — HTML, CSS, and JS. Because of this, they brought us in to extract, audit, repair, and optimize the existing website.
Building the Website
When we reviewed the codebase, we found the root cause quickly. The site ran on an overengineered headless WordPress/Nuxt/Vue framework. Consequently, it suffered from instability, occasional breakdowns, and a lack of visual consistency. Together, these issues presented the dealer in a negative light.
Rather than rebuilding from scratch, we took a targeted approach. First, we audited the existing code. Then, we extracted the interface from the Nuxt/Vue structure. After that, we repaired and improved the interface, adjusted the color palette to match the brand, and resolved technical SEO issues. Throughout the process, our focus stayed on stability and professional aesthetics.
In total, we rebuilt and updated 14 static pages in HTML, CSS, and JS. As a result, the site became stable, clean, and visually structured. Once the work was complete, we prepared the interface for migration to their IT agency’s custom CMS.
The New Website Impact
Overall, the site now has a professional, serious, and presentable visual identity. Not only is the interface stable and clean, but it is also properly structured. As a result, the client has a solid foundation to build on for future upgrades.
