Before and After Case

Brand Issues
- Rebrand designed for print only
- Old logo made the website look cheap
- No logo variations for t-shirt or digital use
- Inconsistent visual use across the company
- Multiple broken pages across half the website
- No design consistency across website
Our Solutions
- Audit of the existing brand system
- Updated brand manual with digital guidelines
- Updated palette with a dedicated CTA color
- New boat listing, detail, and location pages
- Repaired broken code on website
- Introduced consistency across web pages
Navigare’s IT agency referred us to the project. Specifically, we came in to fix a broken visual identity. It had failed in the move from print to digital. In addition, the website had structural issues. As a result, these hurt the company’s premium position. We worked directly with their US marketing office on brand issues. We also worked with management and SEO experts on the website rework.
Problems with the New Style
The original rebrand was designed only for print. Therefore, the logo and color system didn’t work on screens or mobile. So we updated the brand manual with digital rules. We also defined logo versions for screen and clothing use. Furthermore, we added a proper action color. The original palette lacked one entirely.
On the web side, a full rebuild wasn’t an option. Existing tool links had to stay intact. Therefore, we worked within the existing code. We designed 19 layouts across boat listing, detail, and location pages. This included banners and fixed popups. Then we delivered 14 final HTML, CSS, and JS pages to Navigare’s IT partner for setup.
The New Design Style
The result is a solid digital brand system. It gives Navigare what the original rebrand never did. In addition, the rebuilt website kept all existing tool links intact. Furthermore, it kept all SEO value. In short, the site now matches Navigare’s premium market position.
A great website doesn’t just look good — it loads fast, ranks well, and stays out of your way. When all of that comes together, you stop worrying about your tech and start focusing on what actually grows your business. This project demonstrates that even a heavily compromised site can be turned into a performing platform with the right strategy and execution.
