This is UI migration, design and development work for Croatia Yachting’s old Bali Catamarans website. Croatia Yachting is one of the Adriatic’s leading yachting companies. With nearly two decades of experience, they specialize in yacht sales, charter, and fleet management. As an authorized Bali Catamarans dealer, they run six marina bases along the Croatian coast.

Croatia Yachting hired us to audit, repair, and modernize the frontend of their Bali Catamarans website. Specifically, this platform targets potential catamaran buyers and owners in the Croatian market. Because they are an authorized Bali dealer, the site carries real commercial weight. As a result, its quality and reliability directly affect the company’s sales.

Building the Website

When we reviewed the existing codebase, we found several core problems. Most notably, the original developer had built the interface without a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Consequently, several sections were broken. In addition, the visual design felt inconsistent, and the color palette didn’t match the Bali brand. On top of that, the site had technical SEO issues that further hurt its performance.

Rather than rebuilding from scratch, we took a more targeted approach. Instead, we worked within the existing code — keeping what functioned and fixing what didn’t. To that end, we focused on four areas: stabilizing the codebase, improving visual consistency, aligning the design with the brand, and resolving SEO shortcomings.

In total, we designed five distinct layouts and rebuilt 16 static pages. In particular, the individual boat pages received the most significant improvements. Once the client reviewed and approved all updates, we packaged everything and handed it off to their IT agency for CMS integration.

The New Website Impact

Overall, the site is now stable, clean, and visually consistent. Not only does it represent the Bali brand accurately, but it also meets professional web standards. As a result, the client now has a solid platform to showcase Bali catamaran models and engage potential buyers with confidence.

A great website doesn’t just look good — it loads fast, ranks well, and stays out of your way. When all of that comes together, you stop worrying about your tech and start focusing on what actually grows your business. This project demonstrates that even a heavily compromised site can be turned into a performing platform with the right strategy and execution.
