Croatia Yachting required a complete repair, update, and preparation for migration of their website interface focused on showcasing Sealine boats to attract investors interested in buying and owning them. Due to poor integration of different technologies that caused technical instability and hindered the new IT agency’s ability to extract necessary code assets (HTML, CSS, JS) we were hired to extract, audit, repair, and optimize existing website.
Approach
The existing website was built on an overengineered headless WordPress/Nuxt/Vue framework, which resulted in instability, occasional breakdowns, a lack of visual consistency, and ultimately presented the dealer in a negative light. We audited the existing code, extracted the interface from the Nuxt/Vue structure, repaired and improved the interface, adjusted the color palette to align with the brand identity, and addressed technical SEO issues. The focus was on stability and professional aesthetics rather than a complete rebuild.
We rebuilt and updated 14 static pages (HTML, CSS, JS) to ensure the site was stable, clean, visually structured, and professionally presented. The interface was stabilized and prepared for migration to their IT agency’s custom CMS.
The Result
The website successfully achieved a professional, serious, and presentable visual identity. The interface is now stable, clean, and visually properly structured, providing a professional foundation for future upgrades.

When all of that comes together, you stop worrying about your tech and start focusing on what actually grows your business. This project demonstrates that even a heavily compromised site can be turned into a performing platform with the right strategy and execution.
