Before and After Case

Brand Issues

  • Rebrand designed for print only
  • Old logo made the website look cheap
  • No logo variations for t-shirt or digital use
  • Inconsistent visual use across the company
  • Multiple broken pages across half the website
  • No design consistency across website

Our Solutions

  • Audit of the existing brand system
  • Updated brand manual with digital guidelines
  • Updated palette with a dedicated CTA color
  • New boat listing, detail, and destination pages
  • Repaired broken code on website
  • Introduced consistency across web pages

Referred by Navigare‘s IT agency, we were brought in to address a visual identity that had broken down in the transition from print to digital, and a website with structural issues that undermined the company’s premium positioning. We worked directly with their US marketing office across brand issues, and with company management and Navigare’s SEO experts on website rework.

The original rebrand had been designed exclusively for print — leaving the logo and color system unable to translate to screens or mobile environments. We updated the brand manual with digital guidelines, defined logo adaptations for screen and apparel use, and introduced a proper call-to-action color that the original palette lacked entirely.

On the web side, full rebuilding wasn’t an option due to existing tool integrations, so all work was done within the existing codebase. We designed 19 layouts across the boat listing, detail, and destination pages (including banners and reworked popups), then delivered 14 production-ready HTML/CSS/JS pages to Navigare’s IT partner for deployment.

The Result

A coherent digital brand system the original rebrand never provided, and a rebuilt web presence that preserved all existing integrations and SEO equity — now aligned with Navigare’s premium market positioning.
