Croatia Yachting approached us to audit, repair, and modernize the frontend interface of their Bali Catamarans website — a key investment-focused platform designed to attract potential buyers and owners of Bali catamarans in the Croatian market. As an authorized Bali dealer, the website carries significant commercial weight, making its professionalism and reliability critical to the company’s sales efforts.

Approach

Upon reviewing the existing codebase, it became clear that the interface had been built without a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. Several sections were broken, the visual design felt inconsistent and unprofessional, and the color palette did not align with the Bali brand identity. Technical SEO issues were also present, further undermining the website’s effectiveness.

Rather than rebuilding from scratch, we chose a strategic approach — working within the existing code to preserve what was functional while systematically resolving issues. Our focus was on stabilizing the codebase, improving visual consistency, aligning the design with the brand’s identity, and addressing technical SEO shortcomings.

We designed 5 distinct layouts and rebuilt and reconstructed 16 static pages, with the most significant improvements applied to the individual boat pages. Once all updates were reviewed and approved, the entire package was prepared and handed off to their IT agency for implementation into their own custom CMS.

The Result

The result is a stable, clean, and visually structured website that accurately represents the brand and meets professional web standards. The interface is now organized, presentable, and built on a solid technical foundation — giving the client a reliable platform to showcase Bali catamaran models and confidently engage potential investors.

A great website doesn’t just look good — it loads fast, ranks well, and stays out of your way. When all of that comes together, you stop worrying about your tech and start focusing on what actually grows your business. This project demonstrates that even a heavily compromised site can be turned into a performing platform with the right strategy and execution.
